How it works
A typical rental, step by step
From online booking to vehicle return, every step is recorded, tracked and automated.
Booking
The customer books online (Pending status) or you create it at the counter — it's then directly Confirmed. An email alerts you for every online booking.
Confirmation
Once the deposit is received (cash or transfer), the status moves to Confirmed and the customer is notified automatically by email.
Pick-up
Departure inspection (mileage, fuel, photos, damage), touch signature from the customer, then validation. The contract prints in two copies.
During the rental
Need more time? The "Extend" button automatically recalculates the price if the vehicle is free on the new date.
Return
Return inspection (mileage, fuel, photos, new damage), then validation: status Completed, loyalty points credited automatically (1 MAD = 1 point).
Afterwards
Generate the numbered invoice if the customer requests it. The next day, they automatically receive an email inviting them to leave a review.

The most common cases at the counter
A customer calls to book?
Bookings → New booking → "New customer" (email is optional). The booking is created as confirmed, the price is calculated automatically.
The customer wants to keep the car longer?
Booking record → Extend → new date. Price and contract update, availability is checked automatically.
How do I block a vehicle (breakdown, maintenance)?
Vehicle record → "Maintenance" status: it disappears immediately from online booking.
How do I change prices for summer?
Seasons → New season → e.g. +20% from June 15 to September 15. Everything is recalculated automatically on affected bookings.
The customer disputes damage?
Open the booking: departure and return photos, the signed inspection report and the contract serve as proof.
Where can I see if I'm making money on a car?
Finance → "Profitability per vehicle": revenue, costs and margin per car over the chosen period.
